Resourceful Representation
Marshall A. Adams has been practicing law in South Florida since 1987. From his office in Fort Lauderdale, he maintains an extensive practice in commercial, construction, real estate, fraudulent transfer act, and business litigation, among other areas. Mr. Adams practices construction lien law, real estate and real property / title related litigation, difficult collections such as those implicating Florida’s Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, and appellate matters. Mr. Adams represents clients in various industries, from insurance carriers and banks to general contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, mortgage lenders, restaurateurs and car dealerships in all facets of commercial law and litigation.
Mr. Adams was a faculty scholar at Florida Atlantic University. While at Nova Southeastern University School of Law, he served in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International as Marshal (Sergeant at Arms) and Justice (President) from 1985 to 1987. Mr. Adams has worked at small, medium and large firms in Florida since 1987.
Mr. Adams is Lexis-Nexis Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated since 2011 and has been selected to Florida SuperLawyers since 2013. Mr. Adams is Admitted to the Florida Bar, The United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Josh M. Bloom is a Partner with the law firm of Adams & Bloom.
Mr. Bloom is a Civil Trial & Health Care attorney who actively engages in all aspects of complex, commercial disputes with an emphasis on contractual disputes, and defending wage & hour claims, minimum wage claims, discrimination and accessibility matters.
Additionally, he defends Providers against physician and facility licensure actions, Florida Department of Health complaints, as well as public and private payor contracting, billing and reimbursement disputes.
Prior to beginning his law practice, Mr. Bloom worked with one of the leading innovators in experimental economics, with an emphasis on decision-making in a controlled investment environment. He also managed the international non-profit organization Sangha, aiding impoverished disaster-affected children in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Bloom was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Parkland, Florida.

David L. Gunion, Jr. is an Associate Attorney at Adams & Bloom, PLLC. David was born in North Miami and raised in Cooper City. He attended the University of Florida and received two Bachelor’s Degrees (Political Science and German) followed by a Master’s Degree (German Language, Literature and Culture). He attended law school at Nova Southeastern University and obtained his Florida license in June 2023.
David is a civil and commercial litigator practicing in state and federal court. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil actions, including breach of contract, estate litigation, and business disputes. David enjoys intricate legal issues and fact patterns. He excels at legal analysis and the implementation of complex legal strategy. David has participated in and prepared for trials in significant litigation, and his attention to detail is exceptional.
Beyond the practice of law, David is active in the community. He supports and volunteers at The Pantry of Broward, a non-profit serving over 600 seniors and grand-families with monthly nutritional food packages. Additionally, David is a member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors. In his leisure time, David enjoys playing cards with his family, spending time with his Dachshund (Shorsey), and finding new dinner spots across South Florida.
